Lith Powered is committed to respecting and promoting human rights in accordance with current national and international standards. In order to consolidate this commitment from the highest corporate level and throughout our entire operational chain, we publish our Human Rights Policy, based on the framework of "protection, respect and remedy" of the Guiding Principles on Companies and Human Rights of the United Nations, and inspired by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Convention 169 on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples of the International Labor Organization, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the International Covenant on Economic and Social Rights and Cultural Affairs of the United Nations.
This Human Rights Policy has been defined as a series of principles to which Lith Powered and its affiliates and subsidiaries adhere, in order to generate an institutional culture of protection and promotion of the fundamental rights of people who work and are related to the Company or living in your environment. Lith Powered also expects its suppliers, contractors, consultants, business partners and other third parties associated with Lith Powered to uphold and adhere to these principles, and urges them to adopt similar policies within their own businesses. This policy complements and highlights issues already contained in other Lith Powered policies, codes and procedures, such as its: Sustainable Development Policy, Inclusion and Diversity Policy, Code of Ethics, Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption Policy.
